Builders have begun to rely on landscapers to cover a larger scope of work in the housing industry. GSL decided to provide a solution for the production housing industry. In 2000 the first phase of our turn-key expansion was established by adding concrete, wood structure and fencing divisions to our already established landscape and grading force. Homebuilders such as Greystone, Homestead and William Lyon Homes received the idea with open arms. The expansion was a work in progress, but the success of the idea was quickly recognized and remarkably efficient. In 2002 and 2003 we completed our turn-key operation by adding masonry, interlocking paver, segemented retaining walls and erosion control.

Through GSL's expansion - with our many levels of project management and superior customer support offering efficient, cost effective, unparallel quality - we have proven the superior value of turn-key service.
